Calving Barn Panels with Swing Gates
A set of custom-sized free-standing pipe panels, each with a 180-degree swinging gate, built to fit an existing calving barn.

The customer needed to divide a calving barn into pens that could be more easily accessed. Off-the-shelf panels did not fit the bay widths, so we built a set to the exact dimensions. Each panel is free-standing on welded skid feet, so it can be dragged into place by hand or with a skid steer and stays put once the pens are loaded. Every panel carries a full-height gate that swings a full 180 degrees, letting it lay flat against the panel in either direction so cows and calves can be moved through without fighting a half-open gate. All joints are saddle-cut and fully welded around the pipe. The rail spacing is tightened at the bottom to keep calves in. Panels and gates can be built to any length, height, or rail spacing, with or without skid feet, and with pin-and-latch hardware to match what you already have.
